Packaging Artwork
Original Canvas Paintings
We carefully pack each original canvas painting with protective padding and secure it in sturdy packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Fine Art Prints
Depending on their size, your prints will be shipped either in a hard-backed envelope or gently rolled and sent in a protective tube to prevent any damage during transit.
Please Note - Shipping times will vary depending on your destination. We partner with trusted couriers to provide secure and efficient delivery for every order.
International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
Please be aware that for international orders, that import fees, duties, or taxes may be applied. These charges are based on your country's regulations and are not included in your purchase price. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If an order is refused and returned to us, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item, provided it is returned in its original condition. The original shipping cost, however, will not be refunded.
Receiving Artwork
Original Art
Each oil painting is unique and requires special care. Oil paintings can take several weeks to fully dry before a protective varnish can be applied. We typically process and ship paintings within 3-4 weeks of your purchase.
If your specific piece needs additional time to ensure it's ready for shipping, we will contact you directly to provide an updated timeline.
Prints
We aim to ship all fine art prints within 2 weeks from the order date.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your artwork, please see our returns policy below.
Fine Art Prints
Since all prints are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges if you change your mind. Please double-check your selection before purchasing.
However, we are happy to exchange or replace any print that arrives damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your package for any damage from the courier as soon as it arrives. If you notice any issues, take photos of the damage, including the packaging, and send them to us immediately. We are unable to file a claim with the courier more than 7 days after delivery.
If your artwork is faulty and you would like to return it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure the artwork arrives safely. We’re happy to help with any questions you may have.
